So, can diet and exercise actually improve semen quality? Well, a recent study took a look at how a Mediterranean diet and moderate exercise impacted young men living in polluted areas. And guess what? The results were pretty impressive. Men who made these simple lifestyle changes saw big improvements in sperm concentration, motility, and overall semen quality.
Why should you care about this?
Because it means that small changes in your lifestyle, like eating better and staying active, could make a real difference in boosting male fertility, especially when you're dealing with tough environmental factors.
This week, someone asked me “Why do I lose my erection when I go from standing to lying down? My blood pressure is essentially normal. I am a lean 83 year old married 37 years. I don’t seem to have nighttime erections but when I wake up my foreskin is often retracted”. Here’s what I think, I suspect that there is a blood flow issue that's making it difficult to maintain erections. As I often mention blood flow issues or vascular issues are the number one cause of ED and in this case, that's probably what's going on. Talk to your doctor about trying a medication for ED and learn more about medications for ED here.

ED can be an early warning sign of heart disease, so it's crucial to get checked by a doctor.
In this video, I reminded my viewers that "You might not only improve your quality of life, but you might save your life from a future heart attack or cardiovascular issue."
