☕ This week, I looked at whether coffee messes with erections—and why decaf might be the real problem.
❓ Someone asked why they’re struggling with erections at 49—I broke down what could be going on and what to do.

📺 On YouTube, I shared how coffee might actually help with ED in some men—especially if you’ve got high blood pressure.
🎙️ On the podcast, Bedros Keuilian talked about using hard times to build strength—and why self-respect changes everything.
Can Coffee Affect Erections? You’ve probably heard that coffee is good for your heart, brain, maybe even longevity—but what about your erections? This study followed over 21,000 men aged 40–75 for nearly a decade to see if their daily coffee habits impacted their risk of developing erectile dysfunction (ED). And the results might surprise you: drinking 4 or more cups of regular coffee didn’t increase or decrease the risk of ED at all.
But here’s the twist…Men who drank the most decaf actually had a 37% higher risk of developing ED compared to those who didn’t drink any coffee at all—and the link was especially strong in current smokers.
Why does this matter? Because not all coffee is created equal. If you’re reaching for decaf, this might be one more reason to think twice—especially if you're a smoker.
This week, someone asked me, “I am 49 old male, my penis is not fully erected bacause sexual intercourse is failure, kindly give me suggetion for me, am not taking alcohol or smoking”. I completely understand how frustrating and discouraging it can feel when erections aren't what they used to be, especially when intimacy becomes difficult as a result. This is a very common concern for many men, and you're certainly not alone. First, it's important to remember that erectile dysfunction (ED) is often multifactorial, and because you don't smoke or drink, that's already two big risk factors off the table, which is great. The most effective first steps are making sure your general health is optimized: control your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and get regular exercise, as cardiovascular health is closely linked to erectile function. Psychological stress and performance anxiety can also play a huge role, so I encourage you to reflect on any life stressors or relationship dynamics that might be contributing. Medications like PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, etc.) are safe for most men and often very effective, but it’s important to be evaluated by a urologist so we can rule out any underlying health issues and guide you on safe options.
I love hearing from you, so if there’s a question you’ve been wanting to ask, just let me know. Who knows? Your question might be the one I dive into next!

HIGHLIGHTS FROM MY CHANNEL
I had a super interesting discussion on how something as simple as coffee might boost sexual health and performance! Quote: "Men who drank the equivalent of two to three cups of this drink were 39% to 42% less likely to have ED."
Here are some quick takeaways:
Coffee may help improve erections by boosting blood flow.
The benefit was strongest in men who were overweight, obese, or had high blood pressure.
Coffee isn’t a cure-all; if you have ED, see a doctor to check for underlying health issues.
So, if you love your morning coffee, it could be doing more than just waking you up! Remember, enjoying coffee in moderation is key and always think about your overall health. Check out the full episode to hear more about the science behind your cup of joe!
HIGHLIGHTS FROM MY PODCAST
I had an inspiring conversation with Bedros Keuilian, an incredible entrepreneur who came to the U.S. with nothing and built a $200 million business. We talked about using adversity to become your best self, the importance of resilience, and what really makes a strong and happy man. Bedros said it best “Adversity introduces a person to their highest self because it is in adversity that you get to meet the most resilient version of you.”
Here are a few quick takeaways:
Turn tough times into your superpower—adversity builds resilience and resourcefulness.
Staying physically fit isn’t just about looks—it builds confidence and mental strength.
Success (in life and relationships) comes down to character, discipline, and picking the right partner.
